My folks are going for a long holiday in Europe. Mother has been planning a lot of stuff lately and has been telling me and reminding me where she placed her itinerary, her files and their will (just in case).

One day, my mom asked me this question:

"What if something happen, and Daddy and I pass away?"

I told her that I think my world will just stop right there. Yes, life still goes on. I will still keep on living. It's just that everything around me will seem like a blur and I am just going through the motion of life as seemingly normal but you know something terrible had happened inside me. It's like I'm still breathing and I'm doing what I'm doing (like typing on this keyboard right now) but everything around me is like spinning in a slow-mo.

Mom, Dad, please be safe and have fun at the same time too!

"Tiring bun making class @ taylor's university "

I went for the bun making class at Taylor's University today with the boyfriend. It was fun but tiring because of the kneading part. The worst part is that we were standing for the whole 4 hours. My legs are aching now.

I sent a text message to my dad to remind him that I'm coming home for dinner.

"I am coming home for dinner u know."

He replied:

"At 1st I dunno. Now I know."

Haha! He's so cute.

My dad! He is just so funny. It was early in the morning. I was coming up the stairs and saw him climbing into the ceiling to fix the malfunctioning light. Mom was still sleeping in the room and I remember she was making a hell lot of noise asking my dad not to fix it and get someone to do it.

It was a quiet morning and whatever noise we're making outside, my mom will be able to hear it from inside the room.

So, when I saw him this morning, I said out loud...

"I thought mummy asked you not to fix it?"

He goes...

"Shhh shhh shhh shhh!" and he was grinning away. So cheeky!

It's June! So, my brother and I will be buying dinner for the June babies (my old folks) this Saturday and also to celebrate Fathers' Day killing three birds with one stone.

I just walked down the memory lane and I shall re-post this.

I told my dad that my room's ceiling light is not working anymore.
I came home last night, went to my room and saw a note sticking on the switch.
"BULB CHANGED, OK NOW, RM50"
